  报告特别提到中国卫生条件改善。高收入国家的平均寿命为80岁,中高收入国家为74岁,中国的人均寿命排在中高收入国家之上。}

Original title: Daily life expectancy of men and women hit a new high
According to statistics released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan on July 31, 2014, according to Xinhua News Agency, the average life expectancy of Japanese men and women reached 80.21 years and 86.61 years respectively in 2013, both of which set a record. Among them, the average life expectancy of men exceeded 80 for the first time. year old.
Compared with the previous year, the average life expectancy of Japanese men has increased by 0.27 years, and the average life expectancy of women has increased by 0.20 years.
According to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan, the average life expectancy of Japanese men ranks fourth in the world and the average life expectancy of women ranks first in the world for two consecutive years.
At present, cancer, heart disease, and stroke are among the top three causes of death in the Japanese population, accounting for more than 50% of Japanese deaths. The survey shows that the average life expectancy of Japanese men and women has increased, mainly due to the improvement of the above-mentioned diseases.
The average life expectancy of men and women in Japan in 1947 was about 50 years old. With the improvement of living standards and medical standards, the average life expectancy of Japanese citizens has been increasing. The average life expectancy of Japanese women reached 80 years in 1984, and exceeded 85 years in 2002.
2. "2013 World Health Statistics Report" released. China's average life expectancy is 76 years, ranking above middle and high-income countries
Release Date: 2013-05-18 10:19 Source: Yangcheng Evening News
According to a report from the Global Times, the World Health Organization released the "2013 World Health Statistics Report" in Geneva, Switzerland on May 15, 2013, which analyzed the health and medical data of 194 countries and regions around the world, including human life expectancy, Nine aspects such as mortality rate and medical and health service system. The report shows that in 2011, the average life expectancy in China has reached 76 years, which is higher than that of countries with the same level of development, and even higher than that of some European countries.
According to a report from British Reuters on 13-5-15, this annual report brings together the latest health statistics of WHO member states, among which life expectancy is the most concerned aspect. Colin Mathers, WHO Coordinator of Epidemiology and Burden of Disease, said: “The global average life expectancy has increased from 64 years in 1990 to 70 years in 2011.” The data provided by the report shows that Japan, Switzerland and The three countries of San Marino have the highest life expectancy at 83 years; followed by Australia, Iceland, Finland, Israel, Singapore and other countries at 82 years; China’s life expectancy is 76 years, which is higher than that of countries with the same level of development; Burundi, Cameroon, and China in Africa In countries such as Africa and Lesotho, the average life expectancy is only about 50 years.
   The report specifically mentioned the improvement of China's sanitary conditions. The average life expectancy in high-income countries is 80 years, and that of middle- and high-income countries is 74 years. The average life expectancy of China is higher than that of middle- and high-income countries. }
Healthy and longevity is a good thing. But it is not easy to truly live a healthy and long life. To be able to live independently, be healthy and basically free from illness or serious illness, be basically happy and live a long life with a sense of happiness.
Therefore, I believe that it is necessary to establish a public-oriented research organization, such as the Japan International Health and Longevity Association, to guide (or lead) people to live a long and healthy life as described above. I believe it is valuable and will be attended by people. . The personnel and funds implement a membership system, and all people share the funds. To reduce the financial burden of the family, reduce the burden of the national medical economy and nursing staff, and make contributions to society.
The goal is:
Over 95 years old, and strive to be able to take care of themselves and live a long and healthy life.
Operational composition and funding sources of health organizations:
The establishment of associations, membership fees and donations, mailing bonuses, mailing collaterals, etc.
Open a website, use WeChat, email,
Hold lectures,
Whole courtyard,
Qigong sports class,
Selling healthy foods, Chinese and Western medicines licensed by the market
Video and audio DVD publications, books,
Subsidies from the government and consortia, etc.

The oldest woman in the world is 116-year-old Ms. Ogawa Misao from Osaka, Japan (the oldest person in the Guinness world) (2014)
The world’s oldest man is 111 years old, Mr. Morai Mori, an elderly man from Tokyo, Japan (Guinness World’s oldest man) (2014)
However, the elderly (and even some middle-aged and elderly people) in Japan and other countries around the world, after the age of 60 (or even some 50 years old), the body's resistance to disease declines, they are susceptible to bacterial and viral diseases, and they are easy to get various chronic diseases of the heart, lungs, kidneys, and intestines. And the physical strength gradually declines. Elderly people, taking Japanese as an example, generally cannot take care of themselves before their death, and need about 10 years of nursing care from families or medical institutions of varying degrees (about 9 years for males and 12 years for females), family and national assistance The financial burden of nursing staff and medical treatment is heavy, and patients are also more unhappy or suffering. It is really important and achievable if the average nursing time of about 10 years can be reduced to about 3 years after hard work (about 7 years! Reduced to 1/3 of the original).
The goal and ultimate result of the Healthy and Longevity Organization is that through various methods and measures such as health care, anti-aging, prevention and treatment of diseases, the elderly can not only live a hundred years, but also basically live happily and healthily. Strive for a healthy life span not shorter than the average life span of about 3 years.
(Source: The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan has released figures for healthy life expectancy, but a man is about 70 years old. On the other hand, the beneficiary's perception is that the healthy life expectancy is less than a quarter of the national health and nutrition survey. Many people have their own average life expectancy. (80 years old for men), and there is only recognition that if you are unlucky, it will be faster.)
Lifespan of celebrities in modern and modern history:
Mao Zedong was 82 years old (December 26, 1893-September 9, 1976)
Zhou Enlai is 77 years old (March 5, 1898-January 8, 1976)

Stalin was 73 years old (December 21, 1879-March 5, 1953)
Kim Il Sung is 82 years old (April 15, 1912-July 8, 1994)
Chiang Kai-shek was 87 years old (October 31, 1887-April 5, 1975)

Masaki Yoshikawa 83 years old (1918, November 22, Taisho 7-2002, February 6, Heisei 14)
Harasawa Michimi is 76 years old (1926, which is March 16, Taisho 15-2002, which is September 21, Heisei 14)
(Graduate School, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tokyo, Japan (omitted))
These modern historical celebrities and the past professors of the Department of Gerontology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tokyo enjoy national and even world-class medical care conditions. They have the highest level of doctors and nurses to work for them. But with such good, top-level medical and health care drugs and other conditions, the average life expectancy is only 80 years old. Why is this? The main reason is that the current basic and clinical research is not ideal, and the real anti-aging and longevity have not been achieved. Further research needs to be carried out in a deeper and wider area to achieve a healthy and long life. Longevity of human beings is not easy to do well. It may be accidental and difficult for people to live a very long life (such as 110 years old). This requires further efforts by our medical researchers and the government and the people to further invest in human and financial resources to achieve the ambitious goal of human health and longevity!
